How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your MyMediScribe account and all associated data at any time:

  1. Open the MyMediScribe app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Select Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including transcripts and SOAP notes, will be permanently deleted.

Can't access your account? Email support@mymediscribe.com with your registered email address. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
