Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
Is there a limit on how many notes I can create?
No. MyMediScribe does not cap the number of notes you can create.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based with multi-factor authentication, and Business Associate Agreements are available. We run on AWS, whose infrastructure is independently certified to SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HITRUST CSF.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! New users get a 30-day free trial on all plans via a monthly promo code. If you sign up on an iOS device, you'll get Apple's 7-day free trial instead (an Apple Special Promo intro offer).
